About

I am an M.Sc. student in Mechatronics, Robotics and Biomechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). I hold a B.Sc. in Mechatronics Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP), earned through the TUM–USP Double Degree program.

My work sits where optimization, machine learning and robotics meet: making engineered systems lighter, faster and smarter with numerical methods.

At the TUM Laboratory for Product Development and Lightweight Design (LPL), under Prof. Markus Zimmermann, I build surrogate models and Solution Space methods for multidisciplinary design optimization. Before that, as a FAPESP-funded researcher at USP’s Multiphysics Systems Optimization Laboratory (MSOL), I worked on topology optimization of electric motors and on hydraulic and mechanical neural networks.
